Chef Gianni’s love for food began at just ten years old, working odd jobs on his family farm and in local butcheries in Southern Italy. After years of traveling the world - including a prestigious tenure cooking for global leaders as the private chef to Gianni Agnelli - he brought his philosophy to Hong Kong. Today, his establishments remain dedicated to a singular, simple belief: the best food relies on the quality, origins, and integrity of its ingredients.
